How it is made.
Each flag is constructed from 200-denier solution-dyed nylon — the same weight used on government installations and military bases. Solution-dyed means the color is locked into the fiber itself, not applied to the surface. It will not fade quickly in sun. It will not bleed in rain.
The fifty stars are embroidered in white thread on a navy union. The thirteen stripes are individually cut and sewn — not printed. Four rows of lock-stitching reinforce the fly end, where wind damage begins. Two solid brass grommets are set into a heavy canvas heading.
